Account Creation and Profile

1. How do I create an employer account?

  • Click on the "Sign Up" button and select "Employer."
  • Provide details like employer name, website, logo, LinkedIn profile, and an "About Us" section.

2. How do I edit or update our employer profile?

  • Log in to your employer account.
  • Navigate to your profile settings to make any updates.

Job Posting

3. How do I post a job?

  • Go to the "Post a Job" section in your dashboard.
  • Fill in details such as title, job category, level, location, compensation, and job description.
  • Choose how you wish to receive applications (through the site, external link, or email).

4. Can we post jobs for free?

  • Yes, currently all job postings are free.

5. How do I edit or remove a job posting?

  • Access your job listings through your dashboard.
  • Select the job you wish to edit or remove and make the necessary changes.

Talent Pool Access

6. What is the Talent Pool feature?

  • The Talent Pool allows you to browse job seeker profiles who have opted in to be visible to employers.
  • You can view their contact information if they have chosen to display it.

7. How can we attract the best candidates?

  • Complete Your Employer Profile: Showcase your employer culture and values.
  • Detailed Job Descriptions: Provide clear and thorough information about the role and expectations.
  • Highlight Benefits: Mention perks, growth opportunities, and what sets your employer apart.

Application Process

8. How does the native application system work for companies?

  • Receive applications directly through the platform.
  • Applicants fill out a form that includes their work experience, bio, and resume.
  • View and manage applications in your dashboard and reach out to candidates as desired.

9. Is there an integrated applicant tracking system (ATS) for companies?

  • Yes, the platform includes an integrated ATS to help you manage applicants efficiently.

10. Can companies pay for enhanced visibility or featured listings?

  • Yes, upon request to the Insurance Nerds team, companies can access paid marketing promotions and enhanced visibility options.

11. Are there any current promotions or discounts available?

  • Currently, all job postings are free. Contact the Insurance Nerds team for information on future promotions.
